A carer at an old people's home was allegedly caught half-naked in an elderly patient's bed, police have said. Ryan Otey, 27, is accused of sexually abusing the 76-year-old woman who had "limited mental faculties" after another member of staff walked in on the sick scene on Thursday and immediately called the police.
