Brett Seekins, senior manager in Baker Newman Noyes' healthcare consulting practice, recently spoke about the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly , a permanent Medicare program, as a guest on Doogan's Digest on Biddeford public access television, Channel 3, and Saco public access television, Channel 85. "Maine is the oldest state in the nation and also has the highest percentage of Baby Boomers to total population," said Seekins. "As our friends and neighbors continue to age and find themselves in need of nursing home services, PACE can bring that level of care to their home, as long as one can live there safely."
